DELIVERY

We are offering free local delivery for all orders above RM 380.

For West Malaysia orders below RM 380, shipping fee is RM 10 (by courier)
For East Malaysia orders below RM 380, shipping fee is RM 15 (by courier).

Deliveries usually take 2 – 5 working days for West Malaysia and 3 – 8 working days for East Malaysia after the order is dispatched and will be delivered by a courier. Under exceptional circumstances orders may take longer than the published timings to be delivered.

 

RETURNS POLICY          

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. All returns will need to be arranged from our end, via our Online Self Return FormWe are unable to make exchanges for online purchases.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, bra, swimwear, socks, jewellery, watches and accessories.

Please reach out to customer support via email at contact@guess.my. It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.

Items should be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please also print out the delivery note and include it upon your return.

We will require your cooperation and understanding in adhering to the packing requirements and regulations prior to returning the goods to us. Please find the regulations here: https://easyparcel.com/my/en/packaging/

Should you opt for a self-return arrangement that is not arranged through us, we will not bear any responsibility for the loss and damage of the goods shipped to us.

MY orders can be sent back to us free of charge with EasyParcel; Poslaju or Pgeon Drop Off Point or Home Pick Up (Selected Area).

Orders cannot be returned to any Guess store. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card. 

If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, the promotion will no longer apply when partial returns are made. The refunded amount will exclude that of the promotional amount. Delivery fee is non-refundable.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Products that have been personalised for you, including items that have been tailored or altered will not be accepted as returns. We are unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Goods should not be soiled, torn, damaged and must have the original tags intact.
