If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, bra, swimwear, socks, accessories and cosmetics.
Please reach out to customer support via email at email@example.com. It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.
Items should be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
MY orders can be sent back to us free of charge with EasyParcel Return Locations.
Orders cannot be returned to any Guess store. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.
If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, the promotion will no longer apply when partial returns are made. The refunded amount will exclude that of the promotional amount.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Products that have been personalised for you, including items that have been tailored or altered will not be accepted as returns. We are unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Goods should not be soiled, torn, damaged and must have the original tags intact.
