- Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner.

Job Description:
- Serve customers & perform sales activities as to achieve monthly and annual sales target given by the company.
- Manage and motivate sales staff so that merchandise sold by the sales employees with the highest standard of personal technique and product knowledge, in accordance with our Brand policies.
- Maintain the highest standard of customer awareness and control on the sales floor is always maintained.
- Train and develop Junior Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates effectively to their job role in order to meet store standards and requirements.
- Maintain high standards of merchandise care, cleanliness, and presentation.
- To monitor & control cashier operations & POS terminal transaction.
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience at supervisory level in fashion retail business is required for this position.
- Sales-driven and result-oriented person.
- Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are retail shop-based.
ASSISTANT BOUTIQUE MANAGER
Job Description:
- Manage and motivate sales staff so that merchandise sold by the sales employees with the highest standard of personal technique and product knowledge, in accordance with our Brand policies.
- Maintain the highest standard of customer awareness and control on the sales floor is always maintained.
- Maintain a high level of customer service through regular product training.
- Train and develop staff effectively to their job role in order to meet store standards and requirements.
- Maintain high standards of merchandise care, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Assume total responsibility for the security of all assets in the Boutique.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Dip, Advanced/Higher/ Grad Diploma in A Diploma holder in any field.
- At least 3 years of working experience at supervisory level in fashion retail business is required for this position.
- Sales driven and result oriented person.
- Possess passion for customer service and a flair for fashion.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff.
- Good command of English and ability to converse in Chinese and Malay.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shop based.
BOUTIQUE MANAGER
